PROFESSIONAL EXPEREINCE

Experience in the Infrastructure, construction works with respective organizations; 1. Currently I am working with Infotech Electromechanical LLC as HSE Officer for project “Pixel Makers District Reem Island” since October 15, 2019 to till date.

• Collect accidents/injuries data from sites and follow up for timely compilation of HSE monthly statistics report. Ensure its distribution to all concerned after the approval of Manager HSE.

• Follow-up for routine activities and items/indents with other departments e.g. Stores, Procurement, E&P, Admin etc. including suppliers & vendors.

• Share injuries/incidents reports, create new flyers and modify site flyers and send to all sites.

• Correspond with sites regarding established routines (responding different queries through memos).

• Prepare HEALTH AND SAFETY documents and assists Manager Plant to deal with the Customer on matters of HSE.

• Take ownership of company’s HEALTH AND SAFETY policy, core and operating values and ensures their implementation.

• Assists the QEHS with safety and health matters.

• Carries out site safety inspections daily to check whether there is any unsafe condition or unsafe act present and also to ensure that only safe methods of working are in operation and that all regulations are being observed by the workers.

• Investigates accident / incident or any dangerous occurrence and reports to the EHS.

• Ensures the validity of all appropriate tests certificates for the equipments.

• Conducts emergency evacuation drill at least once in six month on site.

• Looks out for conditions / situations which causes environmental health problems or are likely to cause environmental health problems.

• Advices on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence

• Monitors the work environment for noise and pollutants and documents the results in order to eliminate or control hazards which could contribute to, or result in an occupational disease.

• Conducts safety inspections and patrols, and monitors corrective actions.

• Supervises and monitors compliance to safe work practices. 2. I worked with Bin Suhail International, as HSE Officer in Abu Dhabi for a short-term project in Ruwais Adnoc Refinery since July 21, 2019 to October 1, 2019.

4. I worked with Cross Road Drilling LLC, Abu Dhabi as a HSE coordinator at Typical installation and wellhead construction at ADCO’s Field Project in Habshan, Asab, areas since 11-01-2017 to 24-05-2018.

• As a HSE coordinator, I was responsible in providing support to project and operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues

• Support the HSE manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

• Checks work permits prior the commencement of the construction activities at the site

• To support all onsite and offsite health & safety activities for assigned project / operational location.

• Monitors site activities to ensure they are performed according to the company's HSE program through regular inspections and internal audit.

• Assists construction supervisors in undertaking risk assessments and determine safety work systems to be included in the statement method.

• Develops safety procedures for high-risk activities and properly briefs these procedures to the workforce for their compliance.
