Responsible for the quality department, control of non-conformance products, return from consumer, accomplishment of quality routines, KPIs of the factory and reports to the board. Join manufacturing team in new products and machines homologation. Active participation along with other team members on the decisions of the factory. • Responsible to implement the SPC software on pencil process as the key user and quality responsible: purchased all the necessary equipment and software, performed the transition from forms to system and trained all team.
• Responsible to implement improvements on pencil process: changing of raw material specification, new system to setting up the line, new equipment to make quality tests on pencils with eraser.
