To develop and establish a strong foundation in plant sciences & high-quality wellness formulations of hemp-based natural products, welcoming innovation in the expansive industry of botanicals, technology, terpenes and natural medicines.

A natural and transparent leader, I am a creative and precise research scientist who is defined by a deep passion and interest in natural medicine, plant science and health & wellness. I've had the privilege to work & learn alongside pioneers of the industry for the past 5 years and have gained a sophisticated and multi-dimensional understanding of the market, technology and product knowledge. I received my Master’s in Science degree in Experimental Psychology with a minor in Cognitive-Behavioral Neuroscience from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. From that time forward I have worked extensively with others on a vast spectrum, from counseling and research development, to retreat centers and scientific laboratories and other transformative settings. My interest is to continue exploring and sharing advancements in extraction technology and innovations in the world of hemp and health. Applying the skills and understanding developed throughout my academic, integrative studies and growing experience, I am eager to continue learning and being of service in ways that allow me to contribute to honest systems of healing and wellness. Hemp formulator & subject matter expert at Elixinol, currently Lab Director responsible for the oversight of lab team and sub-departments, well-versed & experienced in the world of extraction and cannabinoid refinement, both active and passive methods, specific to supercritical CO2 and cryogenic ethanol extraction & processing, dewaxing & solvent recovery systems, bulk production & manufacturing operations, as well as research & new product development.

• Successfully trained & managed tasks related to quality assurance and control protocols in laboratory and production operations, particularly equipment maintenance & calibrations, procedure validations and SOP’S, documentation control of bulk materials and finished goods, sanitation and food-handling as well as dietary supplement & food safety federal regulations.

• Successfully moved and built processing/production lab and research rooms for operation and new product development, while maintaining order deadlines and inventory for clients both domestically and globally.

• Facilitated and led tours of lab operations for clients, board and new employees.

• Presented and trained new employees across departments about CBD & the endocannabinoid system, extraction methods, the effects of cannabinoids and terpenes, as well as providing evidence-based formulations and strategies for sales

& marketing.
