Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing shop drawings of mechanical services and technical submittals and submitting them to the consultant to get the approvals.

• Following-up daily construction activities of the site, coordinating with, Project coordinator, Consultants, subcontractors and all concerned functional department etc. using all approved drawings and materials.

• Supervision of activities on site and reporting any trends for delays to the project manager.

• Carrying-out the specified inspection and signed- off by the Project Consultants/ Client (Including the works of the Sub-contractors.)

• Preparing site progress report and submit it to project manager daily and monthly.
