Provide continuous in-services to CNAs, group or one - on- one for accurate ADL charting and documentation. Determine the first five diagnosis for new admissions. Completion of certification and recertification. Coordinates RAI process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of MDS and CAAS and interdisciplinary care plans.
