• Led a vendor evaluation team for Photonic Bridges, a Chinese telecommunications equipment manufacturer, to select PB’s network management platform partner.

• Assisted Huawei Technologies, a major Chinese technology company, to enter the U.S. market by arranging initial contacts with AT&T and other major operators.

• Headed a cross-functional team for TerraWorx, a Tyco subsidiary, to establish feature set, requirements, and release plan for the company’s network management system. Coauthored an analytical paper on the reliability of the TerraWorx’ DWDM amplifier systems for trans-continental deployments.
