Coordinated the successful turnover of all primary and secondary systems associated with a nuclear reactor from the shipyard, resulting in the completion of propulsion plant milestones ahead of schedule. On a first-in-class aircraft carrier, wrote and implemented the programs for maintenance, repair, and quality assurance of pumps, turbine generators, main engines, reduction gears, and major fluid systems associated with the safe and effective operation of a nuclear reactor. Single-handedly rebuilt STOCKDALE’s Ammunition Administration program and the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection program, establishing qualifications of personnel in ammunition handling, qualification in force-protection watch stations, running drills, and managing a training program. Planned, coordinated, and executed two flawless ammunition onloads with spotless accounting.
