Vendor sourcing, development and approval:
Sourcing new 14 vendors in last year BS 6 project across PAN India
Vendors parts like Rubber, SG Casting, Investment casting, Sintering, Glass wool and Steel wool parts
In put to costing team about process and RM specifications for RFQ, till customer approval in VAATZ
Cost reduction of 10 ~ 15 % by dual sourcing activity for rubber, SG casting and sheet metal parts
Vendor PPM maintained within target for both critical and non critical vendors.
Non critical 36 out of 40 ppm and 385 out of 400 ppm for critical vendors
