QUALIFICATIONS Mobility Non-Commissioned Officer
Managed manpower, equipment and resources for the United States Air Force unit assigned to Dover Air Force Base mobility program supporting 170 personnel. Directly responsible for the preparation of all personnel and equipment valued at over 12 million dollars for any humanitarian or combat engagement.
Unit Resource Advisor
Responsible for maintaining and allocating a budget of over 1.3 million for the funding of the Security Forces Unit and personnel.
USAF Security Forces Control Center Controller
Directed, dispatched and supervised security/law enforcement units to investigate incidents involving Dover AFB personnel or assets such as the 28 C-5 Cargo planes valued at over 5.2 billion assigned to Dover AFB.
ASSISTANT FLIGHT CHIEF: Performed supervisory duties over all law enforcement and security activities. Responsible for the supervision and management of law enforcement and security activities supporting the base's $5.9 billion worth of assets and daily population of over 12,000 personnel. Directly oversees Security Forces Control Center (SFCC) operations, entry and patrol procedures for the installation, investigation of security violations, detention of prisoner(s), and investigates offenses and crimes. Acts as on-scene Security Forces representative during emergencies pending the arrival of key wing leadership. Responsible for coordinating the Phase II proficiency evaluation and training for all personnel assigned to flight. Develops and coordinates Security Forces' work schedules.
RESOURCES MANAGER:
Managed manpower, equipment and resources for USAF unit assigned to Westover ARB, MA mobility program supporting 210 personnel. Directly responsible for the preparation of all personnel and equipment valued at over 16 million dollars for any humanitarian or combat engagement in any areas affecting national security.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Additional duty specific training courses and certifications include Sexual Assault Investigations course (Western Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Counsel), Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training for Active Shooter and National Incident First Responder course through FEMA.
