Responsibilities carried as HSE Officer

Coordinate with daily health and safety breaches and to alert the management about areas of concern.

Responsible for client, consultant and main contractor correspondence on daily basis issue and close out of HSE observations/violations.

Monitoring the complete safety at construction site and assuring efficient, reliable and effective measures.

Conducting safety audits and inspects facilities, machinery, and equipment’s to identify

& correct potential hazards and to ensure health and safety compliance with the legal and contractual requirements.

Identifying the best practices and lead continuous improvements initiative to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness and promote safe work practices.

Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance measurement reports

Investigate incidents (accidents, near miss danger occurrence) and preparation of report for the managements review.

Directly monitoring critical lifting operations of mobile crane and tower crane, completing all necessary checks to ensure safe lifting operations.

To ensure availability & implementation of Permit to work system (PTW), Risk Assessment and job safety analysis prior to any activity

Arranging and conducting induction training for the newly joined employees.

Conduct inspections of power tools, fire extinguisher, safety harness, and other safety related

equipment.Monitored safe access egress and ensure it is free to any obstruction.

Make daily, weekly and monthly reports of safety.

Part of investigating incidents, accidents, near-miss and dangerous occurrences and feed all information to in-charge person.

Assist site workers regarding the emergency prevention, preparedness and response. HOBBIES
