Previously working at BMET Energy & Trade LLC, Ethiopia from 14/03/2018 to 13/10/2019 as a Quality Control section head.

Currently working at Gupta power (GPIL), Bhubaneswar from 01/11/2019 to present as a Asst. Manager .

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process.

Review products,systems & processes on an on- going basis and drive continual improvement.

Settings purchasing standards for raw material or sub contracted processes and monitoring their compliance.Improve quality of raw material and sub contracted processes.

Guide inspector, supervisor and in charge level personnel.

Monitor overall production process to identify deviations from quality standards.

Improve and develop new efficient,procedures of quality department,streamline receiving,in process and final inspectios.

Organize process audits and implement effectively the findings for process control.

Thorough knowledge of QMS of company. Actively participate in production meetings with the manufacturing team.

Understand, evaluate and implement customer specification & requirements and ensure fulfilment. Meet customer specific requirements.

Establish, implement and monitor company standards of quality performance to meet customer expectations and growing demand in new product development and current products.

Sets quality compliance objectives and ensurs that targets are achieved.

Manage customer complaints by RCA ( root cause analysis) and CAPA (corrective and preventive action.

Responsibility for new product development.

Handling customers inquires, questionnaires and technical visits.

Maintain the trend analysis product wise and customer wise for all the test results.

Conducting the quality awareness program for production engg. And quality systems programs for the staff.
