Pump operation & trouble shooting

More current, Low current, over heat, bearing temperature drive end & non drive end, Winding temperature of motor, cavitations, Air binding symptoms, over load, causes, vibration cause, inter lock set point, Variable speed pump with variable frequency drive, Fixed speed pump, Net positive section Head & Net Negative section head, Pump curve, Shut off head, pump run out, wear & tear, Re-set functional method, Renovation work, pumping station and pump attachment, pump & motor protection, pump operation control mode from operator control panel.

Maintaining the SOP as per organization and log book & records.

Inspection and operation of all mechanical equipment such as vertical & horizontal pumps, paddle mechanism, compressor, mechanical and hydraulic bar screen, screw & Belt conveyor, and Sluice Gate Valve, MOV, SOV of different sizes and Diesel generator.

Operational knowledge of electrical and adjustment devices, such as control panel of ultrasonic Differential pressure and Huber level meter, flow, H2S measurement.

Also having maintenance & operational knowledge of OCF scrubber and DCF unit.

Responsible for plant operation, handling of measuring instrument and devices, renovation, work order, inspection panels and axillaries.

Co-Ordinate Plant Operation through SCADA System & HMI (Human Machine Interface).

Fully Conversant of Process Control, Flow Adjustment, Sludge Return, Sludge Wasting, Odor Control, D.O. B.O.D., Mix Leakier, Sludge Satiability etc.

Performing Mechanical Maintenance & Lubrication of pumps and equipments.

Through Filter Press, We use water sludge for dewatering and produce fertilizer.

Knowledge of all parameters and distribution of effluent for irrigation.

Operation knowledge about Chlorination Plant storing, controlling and converted into gas by evaporator.

Familiar with the operation of H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) separation, controlling and its treatment process removal by NaOH and NaOCl.

Knowledge of all parameters, chemicals and their dosing adjustment, conducting all type of preventive and mechanical maintenance.

Operation knowledge about Decanter Machine / Centrifuge for sludge disposal by polymer. Performing laboratory test such as PH, Cl2 & TDS everyday to analyze quality logging all parameters every day.

Duties and Responsibilities

In Control systems (SCADA) & Field Instruments

Responsible and Support and monitors supervisory control & data acquisition system.

Responsible and monitors fire alarm & fire fighting system required for control building, control rooms etc.

Responsible for Manpower, Material Movement belongs to instrumentation department.

Disassembles field Instruments, actuators, electrical equipment, replace or repair parts, diagnose malfunctions for auto operations of Pumps.

Trouble shooting, removes and install electric motors/pumps, adjust/align & repairs for Temp. and Vibration Monitoring.

Responsible to Maintain Safety measures.

Instrumental in implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations, enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Holding responsibility of online monitoring of HVAC, in this I am measuring Non-viable Particle Count, Air Velocity, and Filter Efficiency Tests.
