●Initiate order sets and system protocols according to patient diagnosis

●Obtain accurate patient history, reconcile medications, assess individual condition, assign care plans, and identify follow up care needs

Cardiovascular (CHF, post AICD/stent placement, CABG, arrhythmias, arterial sheaths)
