Project 2: - Working As a HSE Superintendent for Construction of 4 Water Reservoirs, Pumping Stations, Pipelines and associated works at Rawdat Rashed for Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA). December 5, 2019 to Present.

Project 1: - Working as a Deputy HSE Manager for Um Al houl Economic Zone QEZ 3; Construction of Roads and Infrastructure Packages 3.1A & 3.1B (1A & Art. Roads) July 3, 2016 to December 4, 2019

LCQ is awarded a contract of QEZ-3 (3.1 A & B) for Construction of Roads and Infrastructure at Umm Al Houl Economic Zone (Qez-3) project. The proposed project site is located within the Qatar Economic Zone (QEZ-3) project area at Umm Al Houl approximately 25 kilometers south east of Central Doha and lying on the south east coast of Qatar. My core responsibilities are detailed below but not limited to:

Assist/develop Project HSE Plan in compliance with Qatar Legal and client requirements and in addition to this develop/assist for project specific plans such as Lifting Operation Plan, Traffic management plan, Security management plan, Emergency preparedness and response plan, Heat stress management plan etc. identified in operational HSE risk control measures under QCS 2014.

Define and monitor Asset Integrity KPIs to prevent the occurrence of major accident hazards

Review and approve RAMS, HSE Risk assessments prior to submit the client.

Educate and enforce HSE Legal and client requirements, evaluate the compliance of legal and requirements.

Temporary Traffic Management Plans as per Work Zone Traffic Management Guide.

2.HSE Manager – Tarban Trad service LLC, Oman February 25, 2015- May 31, 2016.

Worked with Tarban Trad service LLC Oman for the project Central Processing Facility (CPF) and PDO road development. My core responsibilities on the project are to develop, implement, and maintain HSE system in coordination with client but not limited to:

Support maintenance of a safe construction delivery environment with particular focus on hazards associated with operational carriageways.

Oversee road design development (initial and/or variations) to maintain the safety of construction activities and end road users.

Review and endorse site team for Traffic Diversion Plans and method statements as they apply to works adjacent to live traffic flows.

Supervise works on-site to maintain compliance with agreed traffic management arrangements, focusing on the safety of workers and road users.

Coordinate all Road Safety Audit activity on project sites in support of design development, construction and hand-over of completed works.

Provide support to the wider safety management team in general supervision duties

Liaise with consenting bodies (Traffic Police, Municipalities) on a regular basis and build relationships in parallel with maintaining compliance.

Reliance Jamnagar project, known as J3, is designed to increase production capacity of ethylene and other petroleum products at the complex. The third phase of the ongoing development project at the site, J3 includes expanding Jamnagar’s gasification plants, ethylene cracker complex, and paraxylene plant. With construction of internal road network for manufacturing sites, my core responsibilities are detailed below but not limited to:

Support the development of OHS programs.

Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)

Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures

Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation

Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives

Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)

Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.

Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy

Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.

Mundra road project in Gujarat 123km Gujarat State Road Development Corporation (GSRDC). Mundra, Gujrat. The Project involved different contractor of L&T ECC, Shapoorji Pallonji Group, etc. As an EHS coordinator, my core responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

Disseminate and Communicate L&T ECCD EHS Policy, EHS Management System requirements to site personnel.

Provide necessary advice, information and support in the effective implementation of the EHS Management System requirements and this EHS plan.

Updating the EHS Plan to the requirements of the activities being carried out when there is a revision.

Plan and conduct Internal EHS training programs, initiate drive to promote EHS awareness and performance.

Carry out EHS inspection of Work Area, Work Method, etc. as per the ISO requirement.
