- Review quotations, technical specifications and submittals received from suppliers/sub- contractors.

- Prepare the pre-budget for Bid Bond purpose.

- Prepare the Detailed Rate Analysis & Zero cost Report.

- Preparation of Tender Estimate and submit to Estimation Manager incorporating the received costs from all departments.

- Review submitted tender costing thoroughly to provide special discount on submitted tenders before commercial opening.

- Floating the enquires In job in hand projects and follow up with vendors to avail the maximum number of proposals

- Attend the Client meeting for Technical and Budget discussions.

- Coordinate with procurement department to procure the materials within the budget.

- Comparison & Review of supplier and sub-contractor offers technically and commercially to ensure that tender requirements are fulfilled and prices are within the budget.

- Preparation & submission of monthly invoice as per consultant, client approved work inspection & material inspection reports.

- Prepare cash flow statement as per work programs. 2

- Assessing the value of sub-contractor works for progress payments and finalizing their contractual claims.

- Prepare & submit the monthly budget reports to management for project review.

- Carry out the re-conciliation for all types of construction materials used at site. SKILL SET

- Complete knowledge and expertise in Commercial, Industrial & Non Industrial Buildings such as Office Building, Community & Data Centre Building, Pumping stations, 11KV Substations, Administration Buildings, Laboratories, Labour camps, educational institutions etc.

- Complete knowledge and expertise in Infrastructure works such as DEWA & FEWA Transmission & Distribution Pipelines, Sewerage pipelines, Potable Water, Fire Fighting, Telecom Network and Road & Paving, Irrigation etc.

- Vast experience in Bidding of Middle East Government contracts such as DEWA, FEWA, MOID, Musanada and DM etc.,
