EDUCATION
Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering, 2019 The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC The University of Northern British Columbia, Prince George, BC EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
Capstone Project: Proposed Site Storm Water Management & Rock Pit Drainage Analysis at Nechako Lumber & Co., 2019 Generated a comprehensive design report outlining the laboratory results of the storm water analysis and developed solutions for surface water pooling at the current rock pit. Key Accomplishments:
• Successfully delivered a superior wetland design solution that met all client stipulations, deadlines, and cost limitations, permitting guidelines, and sustainability objectives.
• Identified potential areas for concern regarding effects on local flora and fauna, potential leachate of metals into the water table, and significant health risks by conducting site inspections and taking water samples. Water & Sedimentary Quality Study, 2019
Evaluated sediment and water quality for Varsity Creek and identified optimal solutions for the City of Prince George to resolve concerning factors. Prepared a detailed study report comprehensively outlining laboratory test results on quality analysis. Key Accomplishments:
• Secured an understanding of proper sampling techniques including the utilization of open cut buckets to collect fine sediments, and the employment of multimeter tools to test pH, conductivity and deionized oxygen.
• Ensured for complete adherence to BC water quality regulations.
• Obtained a comprehensive knowledge of statistical analysis methods like T-test. Aman Jhunjhunwala

City of Deep Cove Drainage System Design, 2019
Acted in a three-member engineering team to construct a master drainage plan for the city of North Vancouver that addresses various storm events in the deep cove region. Focused on eliminating adverse environmental impact and reducing health concerns to society while designing solutions to safely direct water to an outfall. Key Accomplishments:
• Minimized flooding risk for both major and minor storm events with a safe pathway design.
• Enforced all aspects of the City of Surrey Design Criteria Manual and established a qualitative design report.
• Gained a hands-on understanding with EPA SWMM storm water management modeling software.
• Successfully met all project milestones in a timely and efficient manner and cultivated a collaborative and productive work environment.
Preliminary Site Investigation (PSI): Stage 1, 2019 Conducted analysis on potential contaminants present at an abandoned pharmaceutical storage unit in Richmond, BC. Performed comprehensive investigation and site review to identify geological, historical, and hydrological data. Evaluated the soil and ground water effects of all pharmaceutical products sold at the site. Key Accomplishments:
• Interviewed site owner, led survey walks, acquired aerial photographs and reviewed all BC regulations for contaminated sites.
• Recognized by the course professor for effective demonstration of superior site investigation techniques. COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP/ VOLUNTEER
