Reverse engineered a rice cooker, and went through the time movement motion, collected data based on the MTM table.

Calculated the motion times needed, analyzed and recognized bottle nick, used line balancing to get a more efficient way of machine set up.

Recognized demand flocculation, and amount of inventory and storage needed.

Used overtime analysis to identify over flow of demand and hypothetical solutions needed
