Project TCS started the engagement with a detailed study of the existing Adjustment Systems.
The difference in the amount obtained as a result of re-adjudication of claims /Settling down the balances is called adjustment.
Why do we need adjustment?
Plan was not set up correctly in the system.
Amounts filled on the claim were not correct.
Some CMS regulation has changed.
Person LICS level has changed.
Person has been transferred to some other location and is required to change the plan.
The result of this situation is that the pharmacy may not have been paid correctly, the client may have been billed incorrectly and the member may not have paid the correct patient pay. In order to correct all entities, a process of re-adjudicating the claims and loading adjustments is necessary.

Approved CML order recommendations become Purchase Order (PO) to vendors.
