Weld inspector, Manitowoc Cranes- 1/15/18- current Currently, I am performing various welding operations on heavy plates steel using the MCAW process of welding, as well as, performing the role of a backup lead man. Lead weld technician, HTT World Stamping — 6/3/17- 1/15/18 I was responsible for rewriting welding processes and keeping them up to date. Updating welder training documentation.Troubleshooting our robotic systems to increase consistent weld quality. Set up of spot welding equipment. Operation and programming of Panasonic robots in order to fulfill on time delivery to the customers.

Preventative maintenance technician - 1/3/17 thru 6/3/17 My responsibilities encompassed the inspection of over 100 pieces of food processing equipment, as well as, the lubrication and tightening of bolts, belts, chains, and wiring of said equipment. These responsibilities also included the maintenance of the facilities and grounds. Lead Robotic Operator/ Welder 2- Manitowoc Cranes LLC.- 6/17/11 thru 1/3/17 At this job I was in charge of the training and development of sometimes five to seven men in the skills of part fitting, blueprint reading, rigging parts to load into fixtures, and heavy steel welding. I was also instrumental in training a crew of robotic operators in an extremely short amount of time.

Maintenance Assistant — Sheboygan Paper Box Co.- 4/28/10 thru 5/7/11 Performed regular inspections of fork trucks and pallet trucks. Assisted the maintenance supervisor in finishing capital projects and maintained the grounds. I also was in charge of leading a crew to clean the entire facility and make it spotless for a lean inspection. Education

I also completed the d1.1 structural steel welding code on 1” plate for stick in the 4G and 3G positions, flux core in 3G and 4G, and metal core and hardwire in the 2G position with Manitowoc Cranes
