-First place (Gold Medal) in UAE higher education Taekwondo championship, under 74kg. On 19/3/2018.

-Third place (Bronze Medal) in UAE open Seniors Taekwondo championships for Poomsae (Forms Demonstration) for black belts on 30/3/2018.

-First place (Gold Medal) in UAE higher education Taekwondo championship, under 74kg. On 26/3/2019.

-Second place (Silver Medal) in UAE open Seniors Taekwondo championships for Poomsae (Forms Demonstrations) for black belts on 5/4/2019

Half Marathon Participations:

-Participated in 12th RAK half marathon 2018 under the under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, achieving 21km. in 2 hours 7 minutes .

-Participated in the 17th half marathon 2018 organized by Johnson Arabia Creek Striders achieving 21km in 1 hour 59 minutes .
