Extensive and diversified experience of above 18 years (12 years in UAE) in Electrical Supervision and Site Management in the construction industry.

Domain expertise

Proven liaison skills with client representatives, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers. Planning and supervision of manpower (in-house and sub-contractors), and optimizing the work output without affecting cost to company.

Assist the senior engineer in quantity take-offs, material ordering and material procurement planning.

Ensure the site works are executed as per the approved shop drawings and method statements for the project.

Prepare daily work/ manpower reports and forward it to the document controller for submission to consultant.

Prepare and submit Work Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request for all electrical services and works.

Attend to weekly internal meetings on progress, site walks and material/ work inspection by the consultant.

Preparation of markup drawings at site and coordinating with the drafting dept. for the preparation of As-built drawings for submission to the consultant. Assist the Senior Engineer in preparation of variations for submission to consultant. Career History
