Current Positions & responsibilities:
Managing the Drafting team and carry out work with quality as per schedule and co ordination with sub ordinates.
Leading a production team of twenty five staff.
Working knowledge in BIM Software like Revit MEP, Fabrication (CAD duct), Navisworks& Pro E.
Preparation of 3D Co ordination drawings by using Revit MEP, Fabrication (CAD duct), Naviswork.
Coordination of MEP services by using Navisworks software.
Preparation of module drawings for pre fabrication modules.
Creating library part for Autodesk Fabrication (CAD duct) as per co ordination requirement.
Creating 3D model and Perspective Views, Design sketches, Graphics to Presentation layouts.
Handling design projects involves coordinating lots of information from various sources of construction industry like architects, design consultants, Engineers, etc.
Cross examining consultants comment. Incorporating valid comments & raising RFI (Request for Information) and technical Queries for the problem areas.
Responsible in handling Co ordination with the consultants about modification and Other Engineering disciplines to avoid hindrance at work.
Preparing Co ordination Drawing for AHU room & Pump room layouts along with their sections.
Interaction with other department during the time of coordination.
Supervising to preparation of shop drawings & involving drawings issues.
(Including Sub contractors). Preparation & maintaining of Drawing Register.
Well versed with Navisworks.
Responsible to prepare Co ordination Layout & Section.
Responsible to prepare As Built Drawing for site.
Responsible to prepare Slab Opening & Builders work Layout for s ite.
Responsible to prepare Issue Sheet.
Responsible for keeping coordination with Electrical services.
Responsible for keeping coordination with Architecture and Structure Designs.
Preparing Shop Drawings for Air Conditioning (HVAC) as per contract drawings & specification.
Preparing equipment installation detail & isometric Drawing.
Providing drawings for MEP shaft risers & their sections.
Preparing Shop Drawings for AHU room, Plant room & Pump room layouts along with their sections.
Verifying with the project specifications for all types of air outlets & air intakes such as square diffusers, grills, linear grills.
Preparation of Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings & Coordination with other services.
Arranging Builder work provisions as per coordinated shop drawings.
Preparation of As Built drawing as per the site survey information for future maintenance. & Involving site issues.
Cross examining Engineers & consultants' comment and Incorporating. Previous Experiences:
Leading the prefabrication team and carry out work with quality as per schedule at James L Williams ME. From March 2016 till date.
Preparation of 3D Co ordination by using Revit MEP, fabrication (CAD Duct) & Naviswork.
Preparation of pipework Spooling and support detail according with stress Analysis Specialist recommendations.
Preparation of prefab modules drawing for Risers, corridors, Plant rooms, ETS & pump room pipework spooling, and typical guest Room FCU module with valve set assembly.
Creating the library part for Autodesk Revit & fabrication as per coordination requirement.
Review consultant comment. Incorporating valid comment & raising RFI for problem area.
Preparation Co ordination Drawings for Plant room & pump room layout along with their section and Prefab Spooling.
Interaction with other department during the time of coordination. Current Achievements:
Leading the Blue Water hospitality project Prefab team. More than 2500 multiservice modules design, Fabricated and installed in 2016
Responsible for Al Maryah Mall project CHW and Ducting Riser prefab modules design. All the Chiller and Plant room piping Spooling with accurate dimensional drawing were done by me single headedly in 2017.
Active Participation in migrated the modules designing from Cad Duct software to Revit MEP so as only one BIM model is generated for a Prefab module and shop drawing for conventional installation.
3K Prefab modules are under designing & fabrication for Brookfield 55 story tower in DIFC.
5700 Prefab modules are under designing and fabrication for Masdar Institutes Neighborhoods. I am responsible for all the FCU modules drawings and setting out layout.
From the beginning of year 2018 am responsible for Expo 2020 Sustainability pavilion for Basement major services prefab coordination and modularization. Previous Experiences:
