Job Title – Facilities Supervisor

Duties:

Maintain and manage all Instrument Inventory for the School of Music.

Issue all instruments, lockers and combination locks to 800 plus students at the beginning of each semester. Responsible for maintaining the FileMaker Pro database which handles Instruments, lockers and locks

Supervise building facilities issues to order service or repairs on all facilities issues

First responder to facilities issues and supervisor or all work to be completed by Facilities

Train and schedule students for all Performance to be Stage Manager for Music events

Assist Faculty with their needs for their performances, classrooms and studio spaces

Assist Student and Faculty with instrument failure – Stuck tuning slides, values, broken strings and any instrument malfunction

Responsible for the UofSC’s entire Musical and nonmusical inventory

Key Controller for all students and faculty for the School of Music

Responsible for managing Faculty Studio’s for retirement and moves

Responsible for managing all sampler instruments for the School of Music

Responsible for logistics of performances inside and outside of the campus

Supervise the maintenance of the School of Music’s Box Truck

Assist the Marching Band with the logistics for their Gatorade/Bottle Water for game days and Practice

Any else that needs to be done!

Job Title – Locksmith Key Controller

Duties:

Locksmith/Key Controller Maintain over 2000 user Database. Responsible maintaining Hardware to the Downtown, Northeast Campus, NE 114 Building, NE 110 Gateway Building and 12 free standing buildings. Maintain inventory levels for the both campuses.

Responsible for all automatic door openers, trouble shoots and when needed, supervises the service that is called in for repair.

Lead of the Identipass System, serviced and maintain the Identipass Control System. Trained and assist HR and Security with all Badges, Cameras and Hardware issues.

Carpenter, Trim and General Carpentry, General Residential Plumbing

Copper, PVC and CPVC fittings. Replace faucets and drains. Sweat or

glue fittings.

Painting - Supervised and worked alongside on all projects.

Wallpaper - Supervised and assisted with installation of wallpaper on the Hospital’s interior hallways and Patient Rooms.

Responsible for All Door Systems, Automatic Doors, Closers, Hinges, Levers, Knobs, Mortised Lock sets, etc.

In House Signage, Operator of a 34” Vinyl Cutter Sign System to replace or upgrade old signage of the hospital

Completion of all Work Orders - Work Orders consists of Locks, Levers, Knobs, Panic Hardware and Door issues and wherever the need is the greatest at the moment – Construction or Destruction.
