Assistive Technologies used for Accessibility Testing are most popular screen readers, programmatic tools, Microsoft developed internal automation tools and third-party external tools for browser accessibility testing. Plymouth Rock Assurance Company is an Insurance provider which covers Auto Insurance, Health Insurance and Home Insurance for several places in United States. This project is to develop a customer interaction system. Main modules in this system are

Customer Information System – Provides an interface to login and pull all customer information

Claims Management System – Provides an interface where customers can create/track claims.

In this project I was involved in QA & Testing efforts of various modules and developed a Data Analyzer tool using C# for importing huge data from CSV files into database for analyzing the data.

Developed internal data analyzer tool and used the tool to migrate the data from CSV to database.
