Work Responsibilities Handled

As a consultant:

Design all building Electrical services drawings as per authority regulation.

Prepare documents for authority approvals by co coordinating with clients and authorities.

Applying services NOC’S and getting approval from the relevant authorities.

Prepare LV&HV Design drawings and calculation as per M/S DEWA and getting Approval from M/S DEWA.

Design Telecommunication Drawing as per (DU and ETISALAT) and getting approval from relevant authorities.

Review Electrical Shop Drawings from contractor.

Clarifying and rectifying the issues in sites.

As a contractor:

Preparation of complete electrical design, calculation and documents required as per local authority and client’s requirement.

Evaluation of subcontractors bid based on price, quality, selection, service and support Documentation

Controlling and following up the mep activities to ensure that all works were done

as per the specification, consultant and client requirements with the best quality.

Monitor progress of work as per schedule and co-ordination with Main & sub-Contractor and with other departments.

Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and assesses them against project schedule.

Manage preparation /submission of engineering calculations with respect to services.

Making coordination with all specialist sub-contractors

Attending the site progress meeting, technical meeting and Inspection for mep work at site.

Ensuring the availability of adequate quantity of materials.

Preparing as-Built drawings and handing over documents

Preparation of BOQ,

Reviving shop drawing, Coordination drawing and material submittal.

Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
