Responsibilities:

Inspection of site activities related to plumbing, HVAC & Fire fighting

Supervising site works for plumbing, firefighting and HVAC executed by contractor and consulting the foremen for proper implementation of site activities

Responsible for material inspection requests (MIR) & Inspection request (IR) related to mechanical

Water supply system inspection, valves location and orientation inspection, pressure testing and checking for proper supports location

Fire protection system inspection, pipes materials & valves verification, sprinkler location and proper supports as per standards

Inspection of Ductwork accessories, Ductwork installation (AHUs, FCUs, VAV boxes etc.) as per shop drawings and standards
