Supervision of Production Specialist in performance of operations support in a safe manner with focus on reliability. Led by example in making good visual and informative rounds and entering work orders when needed with clarity and any support of these with PID’s or pictures. Addressed safety issues promptly when identified through work order process to minimize further safety or environmental impact. Included Production Managers and Production Specialist on E&H compliance by reviewing procedures and safety guidelines during operational tasks to ensure excellent team work to have positive production in a safe and timely manner. Focused on written work orders to designate priority maintenance to be performed to best utilize support crew and for the return of critical equipment in a timely manner. Focused on the development of operators. Per business needs would provide a secondary skill to provide a secondary support on day crew off hours. Focused on the training on shift of operators for unit certifications. Took part in leading the construction of Flare Gas Recovery and Sulfur Recovery unit by reviewing procedures and policies and ensuring construction plans were coordinated accordingly. Took lead as Event Commander in various turnarounds. As Event Commander there were no loss time events and no recordable injuries. Safety has always been primary focus.
