UX Designer, BairesDev - 09/2019 - present - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil BairesDev is the fastest growing Technology Solutions company in Latin America, with offices across the main cities in LATAM. We work providing end to end delivery for companies of all sizes, from startups to some of the biggest companies in the world, leading projects for Google, Sirius XM, Volkswagen, Groupon, IBM & Viacom, IQVIA, among others.

UX Design Consultant, working with IQVIA, the world’s largest technology company in the pharmaceutical industry, on their leading project. As part of the UX Team, I translate the stakeholders’ requirements into user flows, wireframes, and patterns. Working directly with clients, UX and UI teams provide solutions that will be translated into a product, changing the industry’s paradigms.

Sr. UX Designer/ Team leader, Globalweb IT Solutions - 02/2018 - 12/2019 - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Globalweb Group is one of the most important IT solutions outsourcing providers in Brazil dealing with the public sector. Nowadays with contracts at Caixa, Banco do Brasil, Dataprev, Petrobras, ANS, etc.

Using agile methodology, raised the requirements with PO and the clients Created and developed the concept, user stories flow and interfaces from the system response to protocol all petitions and notifications at the Health Insurance market in Brazil. This project changed the way that the processes are created in the market. Adding agility, transparency, accessibility, and flexibility.

Achievements:

■ Developed flows, using Visio, that helped to translate the requirements into products.

■ Developed and tested lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes using Axure and Adobe XD with both major publics: the Agency and the Health Insurance companies.

■ Created the interfaces in XHTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Primefaces that would be the basis of software development.

Implemented and maintained specific dashboards using Google Data Suite and JS that showing real-time strategic metrics, funnels, and reports to stakeholders.

As Team Leader (4-member team), developed and maintained the Brazilian Private Health Insurance Agency’s Portal and Intranet, dealing directly with the stakeholders. The last version increased the conversions in 25% in just one year. IT Specialist/ Team Leader - CTIS/Sonda IT Solutions - 10/2013 - 12/2017 - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Chilean multinational Sonda is one of the biggest companies in Latin America. The company works with several sectors and is the leader in IT solutions in Chile, Colombia. In 2013, bought the CTIS, the biggest IT solutions provider of the country, and became the leader of the national market.

Lead the WEB Development team (6-people), responsible for developing and maintaining the Portal and the Intranet, both in PHP, of Brazilian Private Health Insurance Agency. Responsible for interlocution between clients, users and stakeholders.

As UX Specialist, developed user-centered designs, research, and tests for the development teams divided through the six directories, using techniques like usability tests

(remote and presential), lo/hi-fi prototypes (Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, InVision), GUT matrix and surveys (HotJar and Google Forms).

Developed and maintained the Accessibility, Usability and Visual patterns of the Agency.

Won the prize Intranet Portal 2013 with the project Intrans (ANS’ Intranet) at category Collaboration and the third prize at Grand Prix. This project changes the culture of internal communication and changed the paradigm in the public sector in Brazil.

Redesigned the ANS’ Portal in 2014, using Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3 and PHP, turning the site responsive, accessible and focused on user-centered services. Sr. Information Architect - CTIS/Sonda IT Solutions - 01/2011 - 10/2013 - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Chilean multinational Sonda is one of the biggest companies in Latin America. Hired to create a new concept of Portal focused on user-centered design. The principal objective was understanding the needs of the 50 million customers of the market. After a huge research using surveys, heatmaps, user tests (remote and presential) and interviews, the new Portal was released and increased the conversions in 45% in the first 11 months.

Responsible for the link between stakeholders and developers, developing the flows, sitemaps and prototypes, testing with users and validating with clients.
