My project work is all about the erection of HDGL in cold rolling mill plant and the step by step processes involves for erection and civil work on sites were learnt in detail and different techniques were used.

HDGL is usually a process of coating a steel surface .With a layer of pure zinc or zinc coating along with a few alloying Elements like tin, al etc in molten condition by immersing the steel component in a bath of molten zinc pot.

The coating of zinc so developed provides a cathodic protection to under neath steel surface.

HDGL the place of highest application since galvanized steel surface offer better surface protection at lower cost particularly in humid atmosphere
