Building consists of a 30-storey office tower with basement, a 5-level podium with mezzanine floors and basement car parking including a men’s and women’s branches, Retail banking, private banking, comprehensive staff facilities and training and a 9-level multi-storey car park. The building will be able to house a papulation of maximum of about 2,700 personnel and some 1,500 cars.

DETAILS OF PROJECT

Haramain High-speed Railway project links the holy cities of Makkah and Madina via Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City. The station contains facilities and services for passengers designed in accordance with the best international standards of high-speed train stations. The station's facilities include the following: The main building of the station which includes the arrival and departure concourses, a mosque with a capacity of 600 worshipers, a center for civil defense, helipad, (6) pavements for trains, car parking with a capacity of 1400 parks which are divided into short and long-term parking, VIP lounges and the station has also been linked with the Public Transportation System through the provision of appropriate parking area for buses, and linking the station via pedestrian pathway with the Light Train Station planned by KAEC.

The scope includes the supply, installation and construction of passenger station, car parks, fire station, and helipad with a total built-up area of 274,000 m2. The construction scope comprises of all civil, structural, electromechanical and landscape works.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managed all activities Inspections to ensure provision of high-quality services according to the approved project quality and HSE plan and customer satisfaction. The water island plant is comprised of six Multi Stage Flash distiller units each with a design Net output of 16.67 MGD providing a total water output of 100 MGD.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Supervision, monitoring and quality control of day-to-day site activities.

Witness all Field and laboratory tests. Quality control of all civil engineering items, including stage wise inspections up to completion.

Preparing final handover documents/project dossier, Method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and other quality documents according to project requirement and client specification.

Conduct inspection of raw materials bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.

Ensure only latest revision approved documents are used on site.
