When ONWANGI Victor developed interest in the field of education after attaining Masters Degree in 2009, he developed interest in Research where he has accumulated a wealth of experience. He has taken part in various research projects in the field of Business, Social Sciences and Development Studies oriented courses, has assisted many students at all levels from Bachelors, Masters to PhD and organizations with research and has guided them in both proposal and report writing including Question Design, Data Collection and Analysis using SPSS for quantitative data analysis and Atlas for qualitative data analysis.

ONWANGI Victor has also taken part in writing Feasibility Studies, Business Plans and Project Proposals for both start ups and continuing businesses and has led to development and resurrection of many businesses. He has participated in carrying out baseline and sample surveys and Market Research for some organizations, carrying out Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects using Logical Framework, Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Analysis Method(CPAM) and came out with strategic plans and also participated in product development for some organizations and has trained various categories of people from different organizations in different fields.

Victor has accumulated a wealth of data analysis skills using the most recent scientific data analysis tools for both quantitative and qualitative data analysis in all fields of study both sciences and social sciences and has been analyzing data for some organizations and for all levels of education from bachelor Degree to PhD level and has done market analysis for many corporations including universities, hospitals, petroleum companies, supermarkets and many others.

ONWANGI Victor is currently Coordinator Research and Publication and lecturer at Multitech Business School where he has been lecturing since 2009 and has been lecturing course Units offered in Business Administration and Management, Ethics and Development Studies both at Under Graduate (Uganda Martyrs University Programme), Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma and Degree programmes(Multitech Business School programme) and is an experienced Journal Writer,Publisher,Researcher and Business Consultant and carrying out action and applied research, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects.He has analyzed a lot of data for both Masters and PhD Students and in different orgaizations.

I have been carrying out consultancy, research, base line studies, data collection and analysis using SPSS, STATA,Qualitative data analysis tool of Content Analysis for various organizations.
