The main objective of this project was to replace with an old third party reporting system with OBIEE as in house solution; this requires a very deep analysis of Call data and Mobile data to show the call duration, call usage, data usage with respect to various dimension.

Project Name: British Telecom United Kingdom Voice Analytics. Project requirement: Customer wanted to have implementation of below

• Replacement of an old system by using Oracle Business Intelligence as Reporting and Oracle as Database. Replication of all the standard report which they were using from the old system.

• Security for some specific dashboard and Subject Areas so that a specific set of user can have access for those reports.

Environment: OBIEE 12C / 11G, Oracle 12C / 11G, SQL Loader and Unix Shell Scripting Responsibilities:

• Closely involved and interacted with Subject Matter Experts, Business representatives and Business Analysts for reporting requirements analysis and to define business and functional specifications.

• Analyzed business requirements and developed Functional Requirement Document and Technical Requirement Document. Conducted Functional Requirements review and walk through with BI Architect and Stakeholders.

• Analyzed the data and developed Logical Star Schema model with consultation from Data Modelers and Business Analysts.

• Security for some specific dashboard so that a specific set of user can have access for those reports.

• To see the Lead time (Time Taken) in between various steps of transaction for a complete order life cycle. e.g. From Order Booked to Schedule Shipped Date Environment: OBIEE 11G, Oracle 11G, Informatica 9.5 and DAC Responsibilities:

• Identified required Facts & Dimensions to be modified, created new required logical columns and modified the formulae for some existing logical columns.
