Worked on projects with contract values up to CAD 5 million.

Project monitoring.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day Project Operations.

Client Communication, Reporting and Management.

Prepare plans and budgets for project execution.

Maintain contractual records and documentation for all projects.

Raise request for information (RFI) and request for approval (RFA).

Prepare Procurement schedules as per the contract requirements and technical specifications.

Finalizing contractors for the project and negotiating with contractors.

Prepare designs and perform calculations for Load Schedule, Equipment Sizing, Cables Sizing, Cable routing, Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Protection.
