Worked as Forklift Operator & Reach truck operator Departments: Halliburton and Noble Equipment’s Handling Job Purpose:

To handle all the cargo received from the above clients safely with proper checking of the items before offloading as well as tallying the same with the documents. Principal Accountabilities:

Operating (reach Truck) & Light forklift for picking in narrow places.

Maintaining the Forklift through activities like changing battery water, charging the forklift daily and oiling it when necessary

Labelling for shipments DGR & consumables.

Assign bin locations effectively and check whether storage is done as per instruction so as to enable quick and timely retrieval thereby resulting in efficient picking operations for outbound shipments.

Ensure that all manual put-away and picking lists are rechecked for right quantities, dimensions and products and that all documents are attached in the job file before handing it over to the Account Handlers for accurate system confirmations.

Monitor packing processes for outbound shipments, compliance to country and customer specifications and necessary certifications and stickers are attached to enable timely delivery of goods to the customer.

Monitor the documentation of all damages, short and over shipments, MDNs preparations and reporting of the same to the Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor for further action.

Implement the QHSE (Quality, Health, and Safety & Environment) and Security policies and procedures in the warehouse and ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

Inspect the shipments for damages and discrepancies, take necessary pictures of damages, Prepare the MDN in case of discrepancies, general reports as required and forward the same to the supervisor/ FIC / LC as required.

Ensure that the shipments are handled safely and stored in appropriate locations as per the manifest and accurately prepare the inbound tally sheet.
