Experience:

Dedicated QA/QC Mechanical engineer with more than 6 years of experience in construction projects for Execution, Monitoring, Quality Control and Quality Assurance for Installation and Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical Services like Plumbing, Drainage, Chilled Water, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Aerosol & FM200 System.

Work Experience in Gulf:-

Worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the field of MEP Contracting at Vector Electromechanical W.L.L, Doha-Qatar from August 2019 to January 2020.

Worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the field of MEP Contracting at Powermech Engineering W.L.L, Doha-Qatar from June 2018 to July 2019.

Worked as a QA/ QC Mechanical Engineer in the field of MEP Contracting at Takyeef Electromechanical W.L.L, Doha-Qatar from March 2016 to June 2018.

Roles of QA/QC:-

Ensure documentation of policies, standards, procedures and manuals for reference and implementation for the project.

Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.

Monitor that the project documentations are all updated and properly maintained.

Ensure the quality of workmanship at site if they adhere to the procedures detailed on the approved method statement, inspection & test plans, project contract requirements or related technical recommendation by the manufacturer.

Preparation of all quality related document such as project quality plan, operation and maintenance manuals etc.

Submit Material inspection as per compliance with specification & material submittals.

Coordination work with Engineers, site supervision, reviewing shop drawings, direct inspecting and monitoring the site activities.

Follow up and ensure availability of all materials and equipment’s in a timely manner for site construction activities.

Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits.

Liase with client’s representative for the conduct of day to day quality related project activities.

Coordination and participation in all technical, QA/QC & commissioning meetings.

Ensure the Non Conformance Report (NCR) is raised once the activities deviated from the contract specification or normal construction industry practice.

Co-ordinate with the project staff to compile and compile and maintain pertinent record of inspection and testing until end of the project and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.

Conduct internal and coordinating external quality audit and prepare the report.

Completing all necessary documentation and preparing the project dossier for final handing over.

Follow Schedule Plan of Installation and Follow construction progress and quality as per project contract and QCS.

Cover all comments from consultant for material and installation and interacting with consultant regarding status of works.

Attend client and consultant meeting and Negotiable with clients and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications.
