PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Review contract drawings / specification and ignition of field notices / request for information where deficiencies or ambiguities are identified within contract specification /drawings.

Review of contract design drawing to suit KAHRAMAA, QCS Rules and regulations.

Design of distribution of LV schematic, Selection of cable size based on voltage drop calculation, final distribution boards and electrical room details.

Attending regular meeting with clients, architects and consultant and keeping them informed of site progress

To supervise and monitor the site labour force through General Foreman and or Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.

Responsible for utilizing economic resources & monitoring day-to-day construction schedules to achieve the target within stipulated time frame

Ensuring timely availability of materials in accordance with the project schedule and quantity & quality of contract requirement.

Installation of Fire Alarm system, Public voice addressing system, Emergency lighting system, UPS system, Security system.

Prepare Inspection request after installation with the consultant Engineer.

Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.

Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
