I am actively seeking a DevOps related role, ideally based in or around the KW area. (That said, willing to commute/relocate for the right opportunity.)

Some of my successes to-date include:

Implemented a $1,610,000 porting of the Advantage core tax software from Azure to AWS for Amazon.

Implemented and integrated software licencing tool, “SonaType” into Bloomberg’s company’s development pipeline and worked closely with the licencing compliance Director in Virginia USA.

Played a key role in rolling this software out and supporting adoption of this tool in Bloomberg Tax’s development team, both in the US and in Canada. (See LinkedIn endorsement)

Implemented security tools such as Carbon Black and Rapid7 along-side bringing AWS’s security level in compliance with current industry cloud standards.

Primary architect for Bloomberg’s deployment and technology infrastructure automation reducing time to provision and deploy the company’s production environment from 2 weeks to under 1 hour using:

oLinux (Centos), Terraform, Ansible and PowerShell

oManaged all Linux and Windows servers and Mail Servers used in supporting developers.

Implemented key Windows servers such as DNS, and hMail mail servers for developer testing uses cases.
