Background
OpenText is a global, publicly-traded Canadian software company that enables the digital transformation and providing SaaS, PaaS and IaaS both on cloud and off- cloud platforms. In more than 10 years of my stay in Cloud Support Services, here’s the list of notable accomplishments I have:
o One of the pioneer members of Manila E-
commerce Team in 2002 with an initial headcount
of less than 10 technical support and responsible
in building the team with 40+ members in less
than 6 months.
o One of the core leaders that formed the Manila
Shared Services Center (SSC) in May 2017 for
Customer Support and led my new team
(Messaging Services) on prioritizing Operational
Excellence strategies and implement best-
practices that helped improve our KPI’s:
CSAT from 90%+ to 97%+
Attrition Rate from from 12%+ (2017) to
8% in 2 consecutive years (2018 and 2019)
o Achieved promotional advancement to Director in
October 2018 from earlier positions.
Prior for being a leader, I have 10+ years of experience as Engineer, Technical Consultant and System Administrator on cloud environment and various hardware platforms ranging from IBM RS/6000, IBM Netfinity Servers, HP/UX and Intel based PCs.

servers in compliance with the security and risk
management practices.
o Worked in New York, USA in 2004 as a UNIX
System Administrator that managed their IT
operations by creating several scripts that
automate their production jobs and improve their
backup management by 50% savings of the
physical tapes.
o Experience in NOC and Data Center which primary
responsible is to make the system 99.9% available
to all users by managing different network events
(syslog, trap, log files) and met all our SLA’s and KPI’s in 12 consecutive months.
