ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES as Quantity Surveyor .

1. Taking off Quantities from the drawings.

2. Preparing the Bill of Quantity for tendering purposes. 3. BOQ’s preparation and Re measurement with client/consultant. 4. Study the Approved for construction Drawing, specification, Bills of Quantities and prepare all materials requirements.

5. Prepare variations as per the site instructions given by the consultant. 6. Maintaining Manpower schedule & Equipment Schedule & minimizing costs 7. Project Controlling (Material, Manpower & Equipment’s) With in the Budget and as per the Histogram. 8. Update the Daily Status Report & weekly status reports 9. Conduct Rate analysis for Items purchased

10. Prepare Bills of various quantities on a monthly basis 11. Prepare Subcontracts Evaluation statement & contractual claims 12. Proficient in the use of Auto CAD for measurement purposes 13. Preparing Estimating and Analyzing Costing

14. Valuing Accomplishment and Arranging Request for Payments 15. Conducting Feasibility studies to Estimate Materials, Time and Labor Costs 16. Preparing, Negotiating and Analyzing Costs for Tenders and Contracts 17. Attending Weekly, Monthly progress Meetings. Co ordination between Sub contractor and Client.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES as Planning Engineer .

1. Formulate Master Plan Schedule, at all stages of the project lifecycle, from design and through to completion using primavera project planner through resources loading, including engineering, procurement & construction, in coordination with project team.

2. Prepares Manpower & Equipment Requirement plans, cash flow of the project, and Progress S Curves/histograms for the project. (Area & Discipline wise) 3. Provide weekly & monthly targets to the project team and monitors the accomplishments. 4. Monitor and recommend corrective actions in order to avoid any slippage in the schedule 5. Supervise project schedule, manpower and quantity reporting and to ensure the preparation and presentation of the Critical Items Action Report.

6. Develop look ahead programs and identify resource requirements of manpower and equipment and materials.

7. To coordinate with engineering and procurement department project teams to achieve optimum development and sustainment of project schedules.

8. Responsible for overall supervision of planning schedules, progress measuring, monitoring, and proposals planning systems developed by the Company.

9. Regulate & monitor subcontractors’ activities/schedules. 10. Prepare & justify delay analysis, Critical Path analysis report in order to avoid any LD’s for the project. 11. Establish budget and plans and build a logic network with a focus on all the phases of a project.
