Responsibilities: Metal ally and slag analysis of all muffle samples, analyzing chemical compounds mainly manganese and silico, using different equipment, calculating analysis results, registering at the company Production Management System. Analysis of materials expedition, as well as feeding the system with results and liberation at the SAP system. Ores analysis, such as: manganese, calcareous, dolomite, coal and others to verify humidity, embers, volatile materials and deposed carbon, obtaining results through calculus, determining the percentual and registering in spreadsheets. Expeditions analysis for humidity ways, performing the chemical opening of the samples. Analysis through the potentiometric titration method. Preparing solutions for diverse analysis, using chemical reagents and equipment, calculating concentration index, including the proper solution corrective coefficient, volume or reagent mass percentual, registering in specific report for each analysis and standardizing solutions according to the pattern charts.
