PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Jun 2018-Present: SILVERSTONE PROPERTY GROUP: Currently working as a Facility Supervisor in East Village. I am responsible for overlooking 15 smaller buildings. My duties include: checking emails and responding back to tenants and management, checking Yardy Maintenance for WO and contacting tenants to schedule appointments for maintenance repairs, contacting superintendents for a feedback on all activities, ordering supplies if needed. I coordinate with facility assistants on sending various memos and notices via email or/and hard copies to tenants regarding any service interruption or scheduled work in the building that may interfere with daily routine. Contacting vendors via emails or phone calls when needed, doing walkthroughs for surveys regarding projects involving big amount of planning and organization. I am responsible for reweaving the building’s security cameras and reporting incidents to management, if occurred. Responsible for making shift schedules, approving staff time cards and scheduling vacation time in the way that it wouldn’t affect quality of maintenance services. July 2011- 2018: MR Realty: Worked in Brooklyn as a superintendent of 63-unit building. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical work, plastering, painting, sheet-rocking, tile work, carpentry, cleaning, moping and making sure garbage and recycling are done on the days scheduled for sanitation pick up. As a part of my work in this building is calling electric, plumbing, roofing, boiler, intercom, exterminating and all other companies when it's necessary for a service. I am also responsible for ordering all repair and sanitary material needed for building.

November 2007-2011: FAIRFIELD PROPERTIES: Employed in Long Island as a resident manager in apartment con-plex of 360 units. Duties include electrical work, plumbing, plastering, painting, tile work, appliance repair, HVAC. Besides all these activities, responsible for ordering materials for complete apartrnent renovations: lumber, plumbing, kitchens, carpet, bathroom material (tiles, vanity, medicine cabinets, bathtub, etc.), appliances, electrical material, etc. I am also responsible for checking supplies for maintenance and cleaning and ordering them if they run out. I supervise two handymen and a porter. I work together with a leasing office to approve move-in for future tenants and check a list of moveouts to make sure the future vacant apartments will be supplied with materials needed for fast renovations and turnovers. Every day, I check maintenance voicemail and make work orders for job realizations. Other responsibilities include sharing opinions with contractors and vendors whenever they are on a property, going to a main office every week and reporting all activities to the property manager, and n•Eintaining good relations and a positive attitude with tenants and coworkers. November 2006-2007: PARKOFF MANAGEMENT: Work as a superintendent in a pre-War building of 66 units. In a relatively short period of time, managed to refresh the look of the lobby area, basement and hallways by repainting and by replacing old light fixtures. Responsibilities included maintaining cleanliness of large basement area, repair work of every description, maintaining sanitary conditions both inside and outside the building, tending the boiler, and interfacing with management. July 20052006: PINNACLE MANAGEMENT GROUP: Acted as superintendent of 72 units within four small buildings. Performed basic electrical and plumbing work, painted, supervised one porter, and made sure all areas in each of the buildings were clean and presentable. Established excellent relations with tenants and employees, as well as manager Ent staff. August 2004-2005: PINNACLE MANAGEMENT GROUP: Performed duties of superintendent in an 86-unit residential building in the Bronx. Duties included supervising the porters who were in charge of maintaining the cleanliness of the building and efficiently performing such tasks as plumbing, painting, electrical work, and cleaning.

May 2000-2004: ORANGE PARK CORPORATION: Monroe, NY: Acted as superintendent of a 65-unit apartrnent complex, supervising three employees, performing landscaping and cleaning duties, and establishing and maintaining excellent relations with tenants, employees and management staff. September 1998-2000: EUROGUYS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY: Duties included plastering, painting, basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, ceramic work, etc. EDUCATION: College completed in Yugoslavia.
