In my previous experience I’ve been able to gather a well-rounded skill set, including multi-tasking and communication abilities, working in a wide range of projects, from print to digital. Mostly, I’ve worked on projects requiring Brand Design, Coordinated Illustrations and use of fonts, understanding and developing and on UX/UI projects for mobile apps and web-apps.

Thanks to the application of the User Centered Design’s priciples, I provided important insights, both for internal projects and for projects intended for our customers. Through User Research and the application of appropriate study methods, I’ve been able to collect qualitative or quantitative data. The collected data became the basis on which to work for each project, thus guaranteeing a solid start for every department involved, for the initial phase of the project.

As head of the graphics department, in my previous experience, I learned to work independently in project management, or by coordinating with other departments, as a team. Independent Consultant

Working as an Independent Consultant, I complete projects for private clients and small businesses.

• Applied the principles of User Centered Design to generate a Creative Brief form to use as a first-contact with clients for projects.

• Able to translate into coordinated images the needs of multiple clients, resulting in the production of illustration projects, such as brand illustrations, story books and children’s books.

• Conducted User Research (Usability test, Desirability Test, A/B Testing) for App projects for clients. Following the result of feedback generated, I encompassed this information to create a more cohesive initial design. UX/UI Graphic Designer

BestSoft is a software company specialized in software for medicine. As the Lead Graphic Designer, I was responsible to create and supervise all graphic content and deliverables that the company produced. This ranged from traditional graphic print design to digital user interfaces and experiences for screens, for example, apps, web-apps and landing pages.

• Established a Brand Identity and Visual Company Guidelines. This translated into more consistent communication and products over 10 years and lead us to convert 90% of new clients into regular clients.

• Produced and implemented a collection of user manuals that resulted in a 30% reduction of calls to our call-center.

• Applied the principles of UCD to discover how to identify the critical areas for improvement of the Call Center software. This resulted in the redesign of the software and consequently more efficient processing per ticket.

• Redesigned Company website (Wireframing and UI). In addition to providing the company with a modern image, the redesign made it possible to acquire new customers and perform information functions, without costs.

• Assisted in the creation of the mobile app (UX and UI) for the company’s flagship software.

• Created the Landing page (UX and UI) for the new software that generated an increase of sales leads.

• Wireframing and prototyping of corporate apps and web-apps allowed the development department to save time and cost in the design of the software.

• Leading the project execution plan, defined deadlines for each graphic asset and required UI/UX expertise.
