SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Assists in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of the drawing.

• Assist in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to Client.

• Assist in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings after approval for project has been obtained.

• Review shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Client of discrepancies.

• Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document.

• Assist in the preparation of “record” drawings on completion of construction.

• Assist in finalizing the tabulated area of residential apartment units in every project for approval of architectural consultant before handover to sales department.

• Preparation of detailed layout showing tapping points of MEP Utilities for each shopping units for client reference.

• Preparation of detailed joinery production drawing for Joinery Factory reference and site implementation.

• Checking every data sheet given by supplier for approval of architectural consultant before procurement of each item.

• Prepare daily progress report on site and procurement update for client reference.

• Responsible in coordinating with companies such as Siemens, Cummins, NAFFCO, WILO, OTIS, Shaw Contract, Rak Ceramics, Vitra and other big supplier for ongoing order with the project.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Read, interpret and analyze the plan of a given project.

• Responsible in the preparation of BIM model from architectural, structural and MEPFS plans to LOD 300& LOD 400 using Autodesk Revit for Architecture.

• Consultation with the owner regarding design and development of the project.

• Project coordination with architectural, structural and MEPFS consultants regarding conflicts on the project.

• Involve in strategic planning, project evaluation and analyze project contents to facilitate efficient quality output.

• Prepares exterior and interior rendering presentation for owner’s perspective and approval.

• Assist in checking submittals and making of Request for Information for conflicts, clashes and clarifications that need to be resolve by consultants.

• Responsible in updating the BIM based from the resolved clashes to come up with a clash free BIM.

• Prepare attachments for Request for Information (RFI) on Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Plans.

• Prepare Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Plans for Issued For Construction (IFC).

• Prepare Structural Drawing such as sections of beam for reference of elevation and landscape.

• Prepare Submittal Review Form (SRF) for conflicts between structural and MEPFS especially in pipe sleeving plan and tendon layout for consultant’s approval.

• Prepare architectural set-out (Wall & Zocallo set-out), Structural set-out (Beam set-out) & MEPFS

(Pipe Sleeve set-out) for surveyor’s reference.

• Coordinates with all the consultants regarding conflicts and revisions especially in Structural and Architectural.

• Conducts Site inspection before and after concrete pouring to prevent conflicts.
