Managed and mentored a global team of 8 project managers who led medium to large size IT initiatives, which supported Security, infrastructure and business objectives.

Managed the legacy datacenter migration out of Tampa to 2 new sites for geo-redundancy within the United States. The migration required the buildout of 2 new datacenters and migration of over 150 products and services with a $10M budget. Migration strategies employed were P2P and P2V on both SPARC and X86 environments in addition to a mainframe to distributed solution. Various development efforts used both agile and waterfall methodologies. The project team consisted of well over 300 employees, vendors and customers

Managed an M&A initiative to vacate 2 HP datacenters in Germany at a total cost of $6.3M with a $10M Opex savings. Migration strategies employed were P2P and P2V with significantly large file system replication.

Managed 2 datacenter moves in the United States at a total cost of $8.9M with a $13M/year Opex savings. Migration strategies employed were P2P, V2V and forklifting. The project team consisted of well over 300 employees, vendors and customers. Awarded the Syniverse 2017 President’s Club award for its success.

Managed the footprint reduction in a United States datacenter with $0 capital expenditure and $800K/year Opex savings.

Managed a number of Security strengthening initiatives including full deployment/upgrade of McAfee antivirus across the enterprise, deploying LDAP authentication across all databases, introducing network segmentation and lab consolidation and introduction of a CASB solution for the company's cloud product and services.
