Helped to formally launch the business by establishing legal entities and acting as a chief of staff to the principal. Designed and built full stack web applications. Hired, trained and worked alongside teams of over 30 employees, promoting from within and turning team members into leaders. Leased over 50,000 SF of retail and office space across a portfolio of IL, FL and CO properties. Opened new restaurant locations in Chicago and Washington DC. Integral role in the disposition of over $75 million in non-performing loans resulting in recoveries of 30% - 100% of UPB.
