Aperity is an innovative provider of business analytics and supply chain management tools for the CPG, Wine & Spirits and Agri-business industries.

•Responsible for helping to build and manage client's data ingestion and data usage that drives their advanced analytics in the area of Consumer and Marketing Analytics and Insights.

•Help to develop a deep understanding of the business and their clients, then partnering across Aperity to identify new and innovative solutions to solve their unmet needs.

•Monitor clients’ ETL cycles, troubleshooting any errors and recommending process improvements.

Accomplishments:

–Successfully learned Aperity’s Integrator software, implementing updates to the clients’ data flows for their ETL chains.

–Oversaw the creation of a new database for provider meta data. Successfully migrated data from multiple locations to the new centralized Provider Data Model.

–Created mask databases of clients on SQL Server to be used in the migration of their data to Greenplum. This is part of Aperity’s move to a Generic Data Model (GDM) for current and future clients. During the set-up of the GDM, assisted with the creation of SQL scripts, views and stored procedures as well as performing tests of the Python scripts and Data Stage chains.

Benefits Specialist II: 2014 – 2018 - Continuation of the Data Manager role as member of the Benefits Operations Team under ADP’s service model, keeping the client experience as a priority.

Business Analyst II: 2010 – 2012 - Contributor to Spending Account Management (SAM) Operations

•Supervised various aspects of SAM Operations including technical and leadership support, managing all daily reports, and ensuring HIPPA rules were applied in all aspects of operation.

•Participated in daily tech board calls and regular software release meetings.

•Assisted in the migration of clients to the SAM platform by updating and creating new email templates using HTML, XML and performing Document Imaging case set-up work.
