ICT Master Plans:

With the use of organizational documents, interview with personnel and analyzing the infrastructures I (as a part of the team) create the AS-IS model of the organization in business, data, application and technology layer. Through this AS- IS model, I portrait the business process and data flow of the organization using tools like Rational Rose or Oracle Designer and application architecture of the organization.

By analyzing the information gathered from documents and interviews that we had, we extract list of processes, entities, requirements, needs and problems we can solve by IT, weakness and strengths, opportunities and threat (SWOT analysis).

Software projects:

As a phase of ICT Master Plan Projects, we need to write the RFP (Request For Proposal) for each software we offer. In this phase, I create the use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams, in TO-BE model using Rational Rose. In this phase (TO BE) we made some levels of improvements in Processes.
