*Tig welding, forklift operator (OSHA Safety Certified), Torch Cutting, fabricator, solder braising, various mechanical and calibration shop tools, pipe welding, working with carbon and stainless steel material, familiar with OSHA standards.
*Electrical trades including wire drilling, lighting fixtures and switches, motion detectors, installing fans, surface mounts, conduit bending and circuits.
*Residential and business maintenance including heating, thermostats, main panel circuits, wire installation, window cleaning, use various of hand tools and measurement devices, carpet and upholstery cleaning, restroom care and cleaning, sanitation, light fixtures, screens and filters, dusting and vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, bagging and disposing of hazardous and contaminated materials, disinfecting.
*Building and maintenance including concrete work brick and block mortar, math and terminology, masonry, drywall, plaster, cabling and wiring, tape and joint finishing, painting, prepping, priming, cleaning tools, minor plumbing, faucets, soldering, pipe cleaning, minor electrical repairs, drain cleaning and repairs, roof repairs, ceiling repairs, minor carpentry work, tile and flooring installation.
*Use of power tools including routers, sanders, power saws, drills, sabre saws, edging, cut mitre bevels, belt sanders, hand tools, woodworking tools, welding equipment.
