Web Content Automation:

Client wanted to establish a centralized repository to analyze new HSD coming from various vendor via outlook.

This centralized portal helped all vendor to updated about all the new issues & send those new HSD to respective domain owner.

Report Automation:

This project was about automating business reports.

In which we need to collect data like Number of issues solved per day, updates of each issues, total number of issues taken by employee.

Then creating excels using data. At last we need to email excels to domain owner.

Auto Ticketing. Project involves automation on U2000 and BMC Remedy tools, Citrix automation, OCR, Data scraping. Creating tickets for the generated alarms.

Login Citrix and login the U2000 tool by using Citrix automation.

Check if any new alarm has appeared in the tool by comparing the alarm count (generated when the process ran last time). Using Data Scraping collect the data of alarms that newly appeared. Store in a data table.

Open BMC Remedy tool to create ticket for the alarm. Insert the alarm name, alarm ID,occurred time and related data in to corresponding fields of the tool and create the ticket. Scheduled the process to run for every 10 minutes.

Role & Contribution:

Process automation of Huawei internal application U2000 and ticket creation tool “BMC Remedy” with the help of UI Path tool using Citrix automation, OCR and Data scraping. Understand the business process requirements and design. Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess. Good understanding on tool and provide end to end development
