Reduced successfully executing time for external reinforced concrete walls at the 62nd- floor level 23% by installing precast concrete panels instead of Cast in situ concrete.

Ensured compliance with the plan, cost, and time as stipulated in the contract through holding a weekly progress review meeting with all project stakeholders and review the EVM Performance.

Took great care from the beginning, to carry out the waterproof work and performing all the tests stipulated in the contract, which led to the implementation of all the vast landscape works, the swimming pools, and the jacuzzi without any leakage of water, which saved time and money.
